About Robin & FlowRide Fitness: 

With a bachelor's degree in health education and a master's degree in Adult Education, I have over two decades of experience in the fitness industry. Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a group personal trainer, weight loss specialist, women's health specialist, senior health specialist, and behavior change specialist, I am dedicated to using my expertise to support individuals in achieving the holistic health they desire.

 

At FlowRide Fitness, I am committed to helping you push your comfort zones, build mental and physical strength, and make wellness a priority in your life. At FlowRide Fitness, I believe that longevity is the ultimate goal, and my mission is to build discipline with daily habits, maintain lean muscle mass, and improve balance and stability for life. I prioritize simplicity and consistency and understand that the journey towards holistic health is a lifelong commitment. By meeting you where you are, I aim to guide you towards where you need to be so you can continue to live life to the fullest.

 

My approach is centered around providing customized plans to meet your needs. As a maturing woman myself, I understand the challenges you may face, such as muscle loss, weight gain, worsening posture, or unsteady balance, and I am committed to working with you to address these obstacles. With my dynamic plans, I will help you make gradual yet impactful changes, without overwhelming you with frantic calorie counting or extreme workout routines.

 

My personalized approach is designed to support individuals who are ready to prioritize their well-being. Whether you are looking to improve your physical and mental health or are dealing with past injuries that have kept you from the gym, I am here to help you create a sustainable wellness routine that fits your lifestyle helps you meets your goals.
